Government Contractor:

Area Operations Manager; Working for 4 different companies from small to very large; responsible for proposal writing and costing with task order values from $500,000 to several Million; managed staff throughout the Western States being responsible for up to 150 employees, 4 managers and 2 administrative personnel; responsible for hiring personnel to meet the requirements of the task orders; negotiate with potential clients and contracting officers on the final deliverables and terms of the contracts; monitor the financial reports and meet with all the individuals involved to accomplish the expectations of the clients and/or potential clients.

Marketing; responsible to marketing the core capabilities of the company, attend various conferences, manning a booth or just presenting marketing materials to attendees, target potential work and present the capabilities of the company and how we can help them accomplish their requirements and goals in a cost effective manner.

Regional Automation Technician:

As a RAT for the Department of Commerce maintained the VAX system for district offices throughout Oregon and Nevada; monitored the input and output of data in a timely manner; with 90% travel.
